Aiingo ("we," "our," or "us") is a brand of Dakaa Istinai Technology (DED E-Trader License No. 1479044, Dubai, UAE), affiliated with Onshope Commercials (Udyam Reg. UDYAM-KL-09-0028183, Kerala, India). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, their customers, and all users of our services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit aiingo.com, use the Leadvyne platform, or engage us for AI automation and WhatsApp Business API services.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Business contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title
• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) credentials and Meta Business Manager details provided for service setup
• Billing and payment information (we do not store card data)
• Service enquiry and support communications
• Content provided for bot training, AI knowledge bases, and message templates

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• IP address and device information when visiting aiingo.com
• Browser type, pages visited, and session duration (via cookies and analytics)
• Webhook payloads from WhatsApp Cloud API (message data processed on behalf of clients)
• Automation workflow execution logs (retained for debugging; purged periodically)

2.3 End-User Data (Client's Customers)

When we operate WhatsApp automation services on behalf of our clients, we may process personal data of the client's end-customers (such as names, phone numbers, and message content). In this context, our client is the data controller and Aiingo is the data processor. This data is used exclusively to deliver the contracted service and is never used for Aiingo's own marketing or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

Aiingo provides WhatsApp Business API services through Meta's official Cloud API infrastructure. The following applies specifically to data processed via WhatsApp:

• WhatsApp message content (text, media, voice notes) sent or received through our automation services is processed in real time to power chatbot responses, lead management, and CRM workflows
• Message data is stored in our self-hosted infrastructure (our private servers) and in associated tools (Google Sheets where configured by the client, and our own secure databases)
• We do not use end-user WhatsApp message content for training AI models without explicit client consent
• Message data is retained for the duration of the service engagement plus 30 days post-termination, after which it is permanently deleted
• All WhatsApp messages transit through Meta Platforms, Inc. infrastructure and are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy

• To provide, configure, and maintain our AI automation and WhatsApp services
• To set up and manage WhatsApp Business Accounts and automation workflows on your behalf
• To process payments and issue invoices
• To send service-related notifications, technical alerts, and support communications
• To troubleshoot issues, debug workflows, and improve service quality
• To comply with legal obligations under UAE and Indian law
• To send marketing communications about Aiingo services — only where you have consented

We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service delivery: With sub-processors and platforms necessary to deliver the contracted service (see Section 6)
• Payment processing: With our payment gateway partners (UAE/GCC and India) solely for payment processing
• Legal requirements: When required by applicable law, court order, or government authority in UAE or India
• Business transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, where the acquiring entity agrees to honour this policy
• Protection of rights: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Aiingo, our clients, or others

Our services integrate with the following third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they process data:

All payment transactions are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners. Aiingo does not store, process, or transmit full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials on our servers.

• Client account data (business contact details, service records): retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 24 months, or as required by UAE/Indian law
• WhatsApp message data and bot conversation logs: retained for the duration of the service plus 30 days post-termination, then permanently deleted
• Payment records and invoices: retained for 5 years in compliance with UAE VAT law and Indian accounting requirements
• Automation workflow logs: retained for 30 days for debugging, then automatically purged
• Website analytics data: retained for 13 months via Google Analytics, then anonymised

You may request earlier deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@aiingo.com, subject to legal retention obligations.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• All data in transit encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher
• Self-hosted infrastructure on private servers with firewall rules and restricted access
• API credentials and tokens stored in encrypted environment variables
• Access controls and role-based permissions on internal systems
• Regular security reviews of workflow and API integrations

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to promptly notifying affected clients of any confirmed data breach that poses a risk to their data.

We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days. For India clients, rights are as provided under the DPDPA 2023. For UAE clients, rights are as provided under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
