4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees
Our fees are as specified in your service agreement. All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT.
4.2 Billing
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. One-time projects require 50% deposit before commencement.
4.3 Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our Services, refunds are only available as specified in your service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain our exclusive property. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in your service agreement.
6. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Aiingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements as specified therein. We may suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately for material breaches of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
